All confirmed orders will be shipped within the specific delivery period as per stated in each of the product page.
Payment has to be made and payment details must be sent to us via Contact Us or email to firstname.lastname@example.org within the promotion period as per stated in the product page, else, order shall be cancelled.
We use Poslaju to deliver our orders at the flat rate of RM10 for Malaysia customers while SIngapore customers shall receive your orders delivered by SingPost.
Once we shipped the order, we shall update you the consignment number either via SMS , email or you may trace the consignment number under Order Information.

If an item goes on back order, you may choose to wait for the item to be available which normally takes around 14 working days or we could ship you the part of your order which is in stock. When the other item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. However, in such case, you will have to bear the shipping cost for the second shipment.
